PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS:
The PRCS system is a form where you will be able to file petitions, requests, complaints, suggestions, reports and enquiries about matters of competence of the SAU Central Board of Accountants. Make sure you leave the information we need to give you a timely response.
The fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Below you will find the meaning of each type of request which will allow you to identify your requirement:

 

Petition right:

It is the right every person has to request actions from the SAU – CBA, about the procedures or services provided.

15 working days for its response.

Information request:

It is the right every person has to gain access and obtain information related to the procedures and services of the SAU – CBA.

10 working days for its response.

Documentation/copies request:

It is the requirement a natural or artificial person presents before the SAU – CBA, to obtain certifications or photocopies of documents that rest in the Entity.

10 working days for its response.

Complaints:

It is a non-conformity a citizen presents before the Entity, related to the incorrect provision of services or discipline offenses from the SAU – CBA staff.

15 working days for its response.

Claims:

It is a communication of dissatisfaction before a procedure or a service provided by the Entity.

15 working days for its response.

Suggestions:

Recommendations in general, with the objective of proposing improvements for the services provided by the Entity.

15 working days for its response.

Enquiries:

Request for the Entity, by means of a concept, to express its ideas, verdict or opinion about a related matter with the missionary.

30 working days for its response.

Reports:

(corruption acts)

It is a communication a citizen makes about behaviors related to an irregular management, detriment of the nation’s goods or funds, carried out by the Entity’s staff.

15 working days for its response.

Congratulations:

It is a communication a citizen makes about behaviors related to an irregular management, detriment of the nation’s goods or funds, carried out by the Entity’s staff.

15 working days for its response.

Other procedures:

These are the requirements related to the following internal procedures of the Entity: Disciplinary complaints and precedents.

Each procedure will be replied under the terms established by the Entity.
